  • Yes there is parking in all our locations.

    CBD: Parking in the SBF Centre can be accessed via the alleyway on McCallum Street.

    River Valley: Parking is available in the Valley Point Shopping Mall.

    Novena: Parking in Royal Square can be accessed via the Medical Centre entrance.

  • Please arrive 5-10mins before your first appointment to fill out our registration forms.

    If you have a referral letter and/or any scans/reports, please bring these with you.

    If you are looking to claim for insurance, do check with your insurance policy if you require a referral letter from a GP prior to your first appointment.

  • Sporting attire normally suffices for most treatments.

    For any running issues, ideally you should bring along the sports shoes which you normally wear.

    Physio 101 can provide t-shirts and shorts for any patients arriving in office attire.

  • Nope, we do not charge extra for the initial consultation!

  • There are no additional charges for dry needling or ESWT, they are included in the standard session rate.

  • We currently do direct billing for Bupa and IHP only.

    For other insurance policies, it will be pay-and-claim. We will provide you with a formal invoice to support your claim and can write a memo for you if required.

    Do remember to check with your insurance policy if you require a referral letter from a GP prior to your first appointment.

  • From what we know, Bupa Global, Cigna, Tokyo Marine (Henner), Allianz (with a doctor’s referral), and Hanse Merkur (with a doctor’s referral) insurance policies cover Osteopathy, however, there should be some others that do too, so make sure to check with your current insurance company if they do as well!

  • As much as possible, please let us know as far in advance if you can’t make your appointment, as someone else might want that slot!

    No-show / cancellation or reschedule within 12 hours: The late cancellation fee will be 100% of the cost of your appointment
